Welcome to EnzzUp. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the use of the EnzzUp platform by taxi companies, their drivers, and staff.

2. Access and Accounts

Access to the platform is reserved for authorized users. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any activity carried out with their credentials is under their responsibility.

3. Services Provided

EnzzUp provides fleet management, reservations, payments, invoicing, scheduling, reporting, and integrations with third-party providers. Access to features depends on the selected pricing plan.

4. Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform lawfully and not misuse it. EnzzUp cannot be held liable for fraudulent or improper use by a user.

5. Billing and Payments

Billing is monthly or yearly depending on the chosen option. Payments are made by credit card or bank transfer via secure providers. Any late payment may result in service suspension.

6. Commissions on Bookings

EnzzUp applies a commission of 10% to 16%, depending on the plan, on B2B and B2C bookings generated through the platform. Independent rides by drivers or obtained through other channels are not concerned.

7. Data Protection

EnzzUp respects data confidentiality and applies strict security measures (AWS hosting, encryption, backups). Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

8. Support and Availability

Support is available 7 days a week (local time). Response times vary depending on the chosen plan. EnzzUp strives to ensure optimal platform availability, except in cases of force majeure.

9. Changes to the Terms

EnzzUp reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed by email or notification on the platform in case of significant changes.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by U.S. law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of EnzzUp’s registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
